Before officially starting, you and your coach will schedule a 1:1 onboarding call to ensure you have a full understanding of the program, how to access it and to answer any questions you have.
This program includes lifetime access to our membership group, the learning portal and app.
You have access to your personal coach during prep week and the 3 months of the program through text, Voxer and scheduled phone calls.
As soon as you register you will receive an email with next steps and be granted immediate access to the program.
Your materials from Disruptive Nutrition and your Nutrition Kit will be sent within 24-48 hours of registering.
You will get information regarding your CGM in a separate email and portal. You will begin using that tool about 3 weeks into Month 1!
